Results from our HVAC work, and what transfers to Manitoba

We don't have Manitoba case studies to show yet, so we won't invent any. These are real results from our HVAC work elsewhere in Canada, with what each one shows and how it applies to a Manitoba trade.

Written by Ali Sedighi, MBALast updated:

We would rather show you fewer results that are real than a page of numbers nobody can check. Every result below is from our HVAC work, names the business and links to its live website. None of them is from Manitoba, and none is from plumbing, electrical, roofing or another trade. What they show is the method, and the method is what transfers. More are listed on HVAC.Agency's case studies page.

GasBoilers.ca: a multi-town reputation built on reviews

The result: GasBoilers.ca is a gas-boiler division built for CANRO Heat. Across 26+ BC communities it has earned 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews.

What it shows: a single brand can serve many towns and still look local in each one, if the reviews are steady and the town pages are honest.

What transfers to Manitoba: this is the closest model for a regional-centre trade. A plumber in Steinbach serving the southeast, or a heating company in Brandon serving Westman, faces the same problem: many small communities, each wanting a business it can trust. The answer is the same mix of reviews and local search set up for the towns you really serve.

BCWide.ca: fast lead growth across a wide area

The result: BCWide.ca reached 3× leads in 90 days.

What it shows: when tracking, profiles and paid search are set up properly, lead volume can move within a single quarter, not just over years.

What transfers to Manitoba: for trades with a short season, such as roofing, landscaping or concrete, 90 days is most of the selling window. The lesson is to have the work done before the season opens, so the ramp-up happens when customers are searching, not after. Our seasonal calendar guide lays out the timing for Manitoba.

The result: HVACDeal.ca generated 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI.

What it shows: paid search can be strongly profitable when campaigns are split by job type, the landing pages match the search, and spending is judged on revenue rather than clicks.

What transfers to Manitoba: the discipline more than the number. In Manitoba the biggest waste we see is a single campaign covering the whole province, which spends most of its money in Winnipeg. Splitting by town and job type, as explained on our Google Ads page, is the same discipline applied to a Prairie map.

Roma Heating & Cooling: compounding organic growth

The result: Roma Heating & Cooling achieved 400% organic traffic growth in 12 months.

What it shows: organic search, built through service pages, content and a well-run profile, compounds. It takes longer than ads but keeps working after the work is done.

What transfers to Manitoba: in Winnipeg, where map results are crowded, organic growth through service and community-area pages is how a trade reaches parts of the city its profile can't. Our Winnipeg page explains how we plan that.

How to read any agency's results, including ours

When you look at results from any marketing company, ask four questions:

  1. Is the client named and the website live? If not, you can't check it.
  2. Is it from your trade, or presented honestly as from another? Ours are HVAC, and we say so.
  3. What was the starting point? A 300% increase from almost nothing is different from the same increase on an established business.
  4. What was measured? Traffic, leads and revenue are different things. Ask which one a number refers to.

What we will report to you

If you work with us, your monthly report will show calls, booked jobs where we can match them, reviews, referral sources and cost per booked job, split by town or community area. You will be able to see which parts of the plan pay and which don't.

Prices are on the pricing page. To talk about your own numbers, see the contact page.

Frequently asked questions

Are these results from Manitoba?

No. They are results from our HVAC work elsewhere in Canada. We show them because the methods are the ones we would use for a Manitoba trade, not because we expect identical numbers.

Are these results from plumbing or roofing companies?

No. All of them are heating and HVAC businesses. We say so plainly, and we will never present them as results from another trade.

Can you promise similar results for my business?

No. Results depend on your market, your competition, your reviews and how you answer the phone. We can show you how we would measure progress and what a realistic first six months looks like.
