You can reach us three ways: call, text or email. Dial or text (604) 632-4959 from any Manitoba phone, or write to Ali@Sedighi.ca. Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific, which is 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Central in Manitoba, and we usually reply within one business day. There are no forms to fill in and no booking calendar; just get in touch the way that suits you.
What happens next
Tell us the basics
Business, city, website and the problem to solve.
We review it
We look at your site and local search results first.
We talk it through
A senior strategist calls you back with specifics.
Which way to reach us
- Call if you want to talk it through now. If we can't pick up, leave a short message with your name, business and a good time to call back.
- Text if you're on a job site or in the truck. A few lines is plenty, and you can send photos or screenshots.
- Email if you want to send more detail, such as your job numbers, an old marketing report or a list of the towns you serve.
Whichever you choose, you'll talk to a senior strategist, not a call centre.
What to include in your first message
Each of these details makes our first answer more specific to your towns and your trade. None of it is required.
- Your trade and your business name
- Where you work: your home base and the towns or Winnipeg community areas you serve
- Your average job value, roughly
- Your busy and slow months
- Where work comes from now: Google, referrals, builders, repeat customers, ads
- What you've tried before, and what did or didn't work
Here is a template you can copy and fill in:
"Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name]. We're a [trade] company based in [Town], serving [towns or areas]. Our average job is about [$ amount]. Most of our work comes from [source]. We'd like more [type of job] in [area]. Can we talk?"
What happens next
- We reply, usually within one business day, by the channel you used.
- We set up a short call at a time that suits you, often early evening for owners on the tools during the day.
- We look at your market before the call: your Google profile, website, reviews and the competitors customers compare you with in your towns.
- The free consultation: 30 minutes on your numbers, your towns and what we'd do first. If we don't think we can help, we'll say so.
- A written proposal, if it makes sense, with the plan, the costs and the reporting spelled out.
There is no obligation at any stage.
Before you contact us, a quick self-check
Even if you never hire us, these five checks are worth ten minutes:
- Search your main service and your town on your phone. Do you appear in the map results?
- Open your Google profile. Is the primary category right, and are your hours current?
- Count your reviews from the last 12 months, and compare with your two closest competitors.
- Call your own business number after hours. What does a customer hear?
- Ask your office how many new jobs last month came from referrals, and from whom.
Our services page explains what to do with the answers, and the areas page covers how plans differ across Manitoba.
When a call is the better choice
Some things are faster to say than to type. If you are weighing a move from Winnipeg work into a regional town, or the other way round, or you have a busy season starting within a few weeks, a phone call usually saves a round of messages. Have your job software or last year's invoices open if you can; ten minutes with real numbers beats an hour of guessing.
If you prefer to keep things in writing, that is fine too. Email lets you attach screenshots of your Google profile, an old agency report or a list of your referral partners, and we can reply with specific questions rather than general ones.
About us, briefly
Manitoba.Network is a marketing and business consulting service for Manitoba trades, part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, headquartered in Vancouver, BC, and led by Ali Sedighi, MBA. We are not a contractor and never do the trade work. Read more on the about page or see pricing.
Frequently asked questions
What time is that in Manitoba?
Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. Manitoba is on Central time, two hours ahead of Pacific, so that is 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. in Winnipeg, which suits owners who are on job sites during the day.
Can I text instead of calling?
Yes. Text (604) 632-4959 with a short note about your business and your towns, and we'll reply by text or call you back, whichever you prefer.
Is the first conversation free?
Yes. For eligible trades businesses the first 30 minutes cost nothing, sit outside any paid plan and come with no obligation to continue.
Will you share my details with anyone?
No. We use your details to reply to you and to prepare your proposal. We only email people who contact us first.
